Job summary

Cleveland Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (REMOTE) to lead IsoPSA implementations in customer labs across the United States. You will plan workflows, train staff, validate assays, and ensure QC and LIS integration with ongoing post-implementation support.

The role requires up to 80% travel and close collaboration with the CDx team. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in a lab science, ASCP certification preferred, and have at least five years of CLIA lab experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science.
• MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification preferred.
• Five years of experience in a clinical or CLIA lab environment.
• Must have the technical expertise to implement IsoPSA in a clinical lab.
• Must possess a positive customer attitude and good conflict handling.
• Must be able to travel up to 80% to customer sites.
• Ability to design and execute IsoPSA implementation programs with the CDx team.
• Must adhere to safety, HIPAA, confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Self-starter with high motivation and eagerness to learn; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design plan to implement IsoPSA at CDx customer labs.
• Execute IsoPSA IVD implementations at CDx customer labs.
• Provide ongoing technical support to CDx customers post-implementation.
• Travel to customer sites up to 80% and collaborate with commercial CDx team.
• Other duties as assigned.
