Job summary

Cleveland Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (REMOTE) to lead IsoPSA implementations in customer labs. You will plan workflows, train staff, validate assays, ensure QC, integrate LIS, and report results while providing ongoing technical support.

This role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), collaboration with CDx teams and external manufacturers, and the ability to troubleshoot complex laboratory instrumentation in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science and appropriate certification.
• Five years of experience in a clinical or CLIA lab environment.
• Ability to implement IsoPSA in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work with customers and third parties.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design plan to implement IsoPSA at customer labs.
• Execute IsoPSA IVD implementations at customer sites.
• Provide ongoing technical support after customer implementation.
• Collaborate with the CDx team and external manufacturers as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety, HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
