Job summary

Sartorius, a leader in life sciences, seeks a Field Account Manager to drive commercial success with Biopharma accounts in Belgium. Based from home in Belgium, you will travel nationally and occasionally internationally while managing relationships across your territory.

You will promote the full Sartorius portfolio, identify decision makers, upsell, and collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process from demonstration to quotation and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• BSc in Life sciences or Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Biotech/pharma industry knowledge is beneficial.
• Demonstrated sales experience in biotech/pharma industry is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; French is required as per role, Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sartorius portfolio and services to assigned Biopharma accounts to hit sales targets.
• Identify key decision makers, develop prospects, and maintain leads in CRM (Salesforce).
• Manage accounts across multiple functions and upsell to increase revenue.
• Serve as first contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Develop opportunities within Biopharma and coordinate with internal teams to support sales process.
• Present and demo newly launched products and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and gain market share.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups on orders.
