Job summary

Zayo Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Supervisor, Network Construction to lead a team of Fiber Construction Managers. You will drive construction execution, planning, budgets, and vendor coordination to deliver reliable fiber networks. This remote role covers the Arizona region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fiber/OSP projects, strong leadership, and expertise in CAPEX/OPEX management, project controls, and cross‑functional collaboration. Compensation reflects market ranges and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecom or fiber construction or OSP project management.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience managing multiple projects, resources, and priorities.
• Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX, budgets, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fiber construction activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate planning, site reviews, resource scheduling, and contractor performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation in project management systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Permitting, Field Operations, and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
