Job summary

Zayo Group seeks a Supervisor, Network Construction to lead a team of Fiber Construction Managers across Arizona. You will oversee daily fiber construction activities, coordinate planning, scheduling, and vendor performance, and ensure adherence to safety, standards, and budgets.

As a leader, you will drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs, and coordinate with Engineering, Permitting, and Field Operations to resolve obstacles and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications, fiber optic construction, outside plant construction, or related infra project management.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fiber Construction Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Oversee construction planning, site reviews, resource scheduling, and contractor performance.
• Monitor CAPEX/OPEX, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to identify risks and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Permitting, Field Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
