Job summary

Zayo Group is seeking a Supervisor, Network Construction to lead a team of Fiber Construction Managers across the Arizona region. You will drive project schedules, budgets, and vendor performance while ensuring safety and quality.

The role is remote within the Arizona region and collaborates with Engineering, Permitting, and Field Operations to deliver large-scale fiber deployments. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in telecom/construction management, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong grasp

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications, fiber optic construction, outside plant (OSP) construction, or related infrastructure project management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or construction management capacity.
• Experience overseeing multiple construction projects, coordinating resources, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of fiber optic network construction methods, outside plant infrastructure, permitting processes, and utility coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fiber Construction Managers.
• Oversee daily fiber construction activities to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Permitting, Field Operations, and other stakeholders to address project dependencies.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX within the assigned area and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and optimize vendor performance.
