Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Default QA FHA Claims Analyst I to review FHA Part A mortgage insurance claims for accuracy and submit the claim form for filing. The role is remote from home with moderate supervision, and the target pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr.

You’ll perform quality checks, communicate correction requests to the filing team, and ensure documentation and dates are correct on the Part A claim form. Prior mortgage servicing or QA/QC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• One year or more mortgage servicing default experience, or QA/QC experience.

Responsabilités

• Review FHA Part A claims for accuracy within timeframes.
• Perform quality checks using scorecards or checklists.
• Communicate correction requests to filing team and ensure timely corrections.
• Document the claim file with task notes and dates.
• Finalize and submit claims to the agency for payment.
• Escalate trends or issues found during quality review.
