Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in large-scale festival production and operations.
• Advanced knowledge of ticketing platforms including Front Gate Tickets.
• Proficient Excel with complex formulas and PivotTables.
• Customer service experience at large-scale ticketed events.
• Bachelor’s or four-year degree preferred.
• Must be able to travel and work on-site at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ticketing pages for events from concept to settlement.
• Partner with promoters to identify revenue opportunities.
• Provide daily ticket counts and buyer reports.
• Process comp orders for partners and sponsors.
• Manage on-site box office operations and staffing.
• Prepare budgets and forecast expenses.
• Ensure policy compliance and cash security.
• Occasional travel as required.
