Center for Advanced Reproductive Services is seeking a dedicated Financial Services Representative to guide patients through the financial aspects of fertility care in a fully remote, full-time role. You will handle insurance benefits, treatment cost estimates, and payment coordination for diagnostics and ART procedures.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to keep financial and clinical workflows aligned, ensuring accurate billing and compassionate patient communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in medical billing, insurance verification, or financial counseling.
• Able to explain complex costs clearly and compassionately.
• Experience with EMR and billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling to patients regarding costs and insurance benefits.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and resolve coverage discrepancies.
• Prepare treatment estimates and collect payments per policy.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and EMR records.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
