Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of contract management experience.
• Minimum of 120 hours of continuing professional education in related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Monitor performance and compliance to meet contract objectives.
• Review terms, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Administer contract modifications and scope changes.
• Document deliverables and support payments computations.
• Serve as primary contract liaison with FEMA representatives and stakeholders.
