Job summary

Hyland is seeking a FedRAMP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Hyland's FedRAMP authorization initiative and related government cloud compliance projects.

This role collaborates across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, GRC, Legal, PMO, and partners to manage schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting, ensuring readiness and compliance.

Reporting to the PMO, you will drive governance, readiness activities, and milestone delivery in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proven cross-functional project management.
• Experience consulting with business stakeholders in matrix environments.
• Excellent facilitation and project management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management; ability to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedules across multiple departments.
• Facilitate status meetings, dashboards, governance records; prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate readiness activities for FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, GovRAMP; manage POA&Ms and documentation.
• Coordinate with FedRAMP accelerator partners, assessors, cloud providers, and vendors; track commitments.
• Monitor budgets and staffing; escalate risks and blockers promptly.
• Foster clear cross-functional communication and drive accountability for milestones.
