Job summary

Precisely is seeking a FedRAMP Compliance Program Manager to lead certification and continuous monitoring for our Cloud and SaaS offerings. You will collaborate with product management, security, cloud, and engineering teams to develop, update, and maintain certification plans and ensure strict adherence to federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience focused on Cloud and SaaS certification, compliance, and security.
• Experience with cloud security standards and federal regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, NIST CSF, SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS).
• PM certifications such as PMP, ACP, PgMP, CSM, CSP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain certification and compliance plans for Precisely cloud and SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with product, security, cloud, and engineering teams on scoping, planning, resourcing, risks, and deliverables.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate processes, deliverables, and actions.
• Provide status on milestones and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership to meet federal security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to address certification and compliance needs.
• Lead meetings with detailed notes and action item follow-ups.
