Job summary

Hyland is seeking a FedRAMP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of the FedRAMP authorization initiative and related government cloud compliance projects. This role collaborates across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, GRC, Product, Legal, Finance, PMO, and external partners to manage schedules, risks, budgets, and reporting.

Remote work is available in the US. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional leadership, FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 Rev.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver FedRAMP authorization initiatives and related government cloud projects.
• Demonstrate substantial cross-functional project management experience.
• Show experience managing budgets, risks, and governance artifacts.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate status meetings, governance reviews, and executive dashboards with clear updates.
• Coordinate FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 readiness activities, audits, and documentation; manage evidence collection.
• Track budgets, staffing, vendor costs, and delivery blockers; escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure timely governance and readiness for authorization packages and external assessments.
• Drive accountability for deliverables across all participating teams.
