Job summary

Solventum seeks a FedRAMP Program Manager to lead the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for our health information systems. You will partner with security, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain authorizations and prepare audits.

This remote role requires up to 20% travel and the ability to pass a government background check. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path to ensure ongoing federal compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of Program Management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of Program Management experience.
• Understanding FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC and other government security frameworks.
• Must be able to pass a government background check for a position of T5 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FedRAMP security compliance program.
• Coordinate with Security, Business, R&D and BD teams to meet authorization requirements.
• Develop FedRAMP project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor SSPs, security policies, POA&M, SARs, and required docs.
• Lead Continuous Monitoring efforts and submit artifacts to FedRAMP.
• Prepare for audits and manage evidence collection and testing.
