Job summary

Hyland is seeking a FedRAMP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of FedRAMP authorization initiatives. You'll work across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, GRC, Product, Legal, Finance, PMO, and external partners to manage project execution, schedules, dependencies, risks, budgets, and reporting.

Remote in the US, you will coordinate readiness activities for FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 Rev.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; cross-functional PM experience.
• Significant experience collaborating with business stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Excellent facilitation and communication; proficient with PM tools and methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, governance artifacts, and reporting.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths; coordinate across teams; manage risks and action items.
• Lead status meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committees, and governance activities; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate readiness activities for FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 Rev. 5; manage audits and documentation.
• Coordinate with FedRAMP accelerators, assessors, cloud providers and vendors; monitor timelines and performance.
• Track budgets, staffing plans, tooling investments, and expenditures; escalate blockers promptly.
• Foster clear communication and accountability across all participating teams.
