Job summary

Solventum is seeking a FedRAMP Program Manager to lead the federal security compliance program across programs and contracts. You will coordinate with security, product, legal, and engineering teams to ensure readiness for audits and continuous monitoring, maintaining SSPs, and managing remediation efforts.

Remote work is supported with travel as needed. The role requires extensive knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, and CMMC, and you must be able to pass a rigorous government background

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of Program Management experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of Program Management experience.
• Understanding FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC and other government security frameworks.
• Must be able to pass a government background check for a position of T5 Public Trust.
• Master’s degree in health informatics, cybersecurity, or related field is a plus.
• Experience briefing executive level personnel.
• Experience within DoD and VA health care environments with direct PM responsibilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FedRAMP security compliance program for federal use.
• Coordinate with Security, Business, R&D and BD to maintain authorizations.
• Develop FedRAMP project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor SSPs, policies, POA&Ms, SARs and related docs with timely updates.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Lead FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring efforts with multiple teams.
• Prepare for audits, assessments, and significant program changes.
• Interface with external audit teams for evidence collection and testing.
• Act as liaison between Solventum and federal agencies (FedRAMP PMO).
• Educate internal stakeholders on FedRAMP requirements and updates.
