Job summary

Solventum- is seeking a FedRAMP Program Manager to lead and manage the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program security compliance across federal agencies. You will partner with Security, Business, and R&D teams to maintain authorization requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate audits and assessments.

You will monitor SSPs, policies, POA&Ms, SARs, and conmon artifacts while guiding change control and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 7 years of Program Management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of Program Management experience.
• Understanding FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC and other government security frameworks.
• Must be able to pass a government background check for a position of T5 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead FedRAMP security compliance program and manage project plans, schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Security, Business, and R&D teams to ensure authorization requirements are met.
• Monitor System Security Plans (SSPs), Security and Privacy Policies and Procedures, POA&Ms, SARs and other documentation; manage vulnerabilities and remediation.
