Job summary

Precisely is seeking a Program Manager to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, update, and maintain FedRAMP certification and compliance plans for our Cloud and SaaS offerings. You will work with product management, security, cloud, and engineering teams to drive certification efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, Information Systems, or related field (equivalency accepted).
• Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience focused on Cloud and SaaS certification, compliance, and security.
• Experience with cloud security standards and federal regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, NIST CSF, SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS).
• Certifications such as PMP, ACP, PgMP, CSM, CSP, or equivalent.
• Proven FedRAMP authorization leadership from planning to continuous monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to executive leadership.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multitask and solve technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain certification and compliance plans for Precisely cloud and SaaS offerings.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders on scoping, critical path analysis, resourcing, estimates, risks, and quality.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate processes and improve deliverables.
• Develop, track, and report status on project milestones to meet business goals.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure security standards and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers on cert/compliance requirements.
• Lead project meetings with detailed notes and action items; ensure closure.
