Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of project, program, or operations management experience.
• Experience coordinating technical and administrative personnel and schedules.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and competing deadlines.
• Strong written communication, meeting facilitation, and problem-resolution skills.
• U.S. citizenship and CONUS remote work eligibility; on-site Scott AFB may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project and operations management for a federal transition program.
• Coordinate personnel, schedules, orders, and deliverables across teams.
• Maintain integrated schedules, risk registers, and action-item logs.
• Manage telecommunications orders, provisioning, cutovers, and closures.
• Coordinate with government personnel, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues impacting service dates or milestones; support risk management.
• Provide backup leadership to the Program Manager and ensure quality reviews.
