Qualifications

• At least one year advising borrowers on federal student loans.
• Expertise with IDR plans and PSLF forgiveness.
• Knowledge of deferment, forbearance, and default resolution.
• Experience reviewing guidance documents or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Review sample questions and flag those not reflecting real inquiries.
• Draft rubrics for accurate and comprehensive answers on repayment and relief.
• Expand rubrics to cover loan servicing challenges and default management.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers using rubrics for accuracy.
• Provide concise feedback to support improvements asynchronously.
• Flag incorrect guidance or problematic servicing advice.
• Collaborate with experts to reflect current federal practices.
