Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support the Federal Civilian market, serving as a bridge between growth, technology, and operations. This remote, full-time role focuses on RFI/RFP responses, white papers, and proposal content, collaborating with technology teams to craft credible, fast-turn briefs for agencies such as GSA, IRS, SSA, FDA.

You will synthesize input from across the business, engage with customers, and help ensure alignment with enterprise strategy while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with customer engagement, white papers, RFI/RFP responses, and proposal support.
• Experience working with federal civilian markets (GSA, IRS, SSA, FDA, Department of Labor, Department of State, Treasury, or similar) preferred.
• Strong technical writing skills with demonstrated experience producing white papers or RFI responses.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in briefings and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Architectural integrity and enterprise-vision maintenance for technical solutions.
• Guide business/technical alignment within the program.
• Provide design, prototyping, and support across the program lifecycle.
• Lead enterprise architecture analysis, design, and documentation.
• Coordinate with SMEs and cross-organizational teams to produce customer-facing content.
