Job summary

Morgan 6 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Technical Writer in Charleston, SC to help develop compliant, high-quality federal proposals. You will coordinate inputs, organize content, ensure compliance, and produce evaluator-friendly narratives in collaboration with the Proposal Manager and subject matter experts.

The role requires experience with RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, strong MS Office and content management skills, and the ability to manage deadlines across teams, while maintaining a professional tone

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience supporting federal government proposals.
• Strong understanding of RFP, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
• Familiarity with APMP/Shipley methodologies and structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs and content across contracts, pricing, recruiting, and technical leads.
• Develop outlines, compliance matrices, kickoff materials, and schedules.
• Read RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify requirements and submission guidelines.
• Prepare final deliverables with formatting, proofreading, and packaging.
• Support reviews by capturing feedback and implementing edits.
