Job summary

Morgan 6 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role supports proposal strategy and execution by coordinating inputs, organizing content, ensuring compliance, and delivering polished, evaluator-focused submissions.

Work with the Proposal Manager, Business Development, and subject matter experts to align elements and win federal proposals. A strong candidate has 3–5 years in federal proposals and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and APMP/Shipley methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience supporting federal government proposals.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
• Familiarity with APMP or Shipley methodologies and proposal processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop outlines, compliance matrices, kickoff materials, and schedules per government instructions.
• Read and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to identify requirements.
• Coordinate content development acrossContracts, Pricing, Recruiting, and technical leads.
• Maintain version control and document tracking across SharePoint and Teams.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure submission components are in the correct format.
• Prepare reviewer guides, capture feedback, and implement edits for content and compliance.
• Prepare final deliverables for submission, including formatting and proofreading.
• Write and edit proposal sections such as past performance and staffing plans.
• Translate technical input into evaluator-friendly language and ensure consistent voice.
• Identify opportunities to use graphics to enhance evaluator engagement.
• Tailor boilerplate to opportunity priorities.
• Tag reusable content and maintain content library.
• Create templates, checklists, and formatting tools to improve quality.
