Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead Communication System Projects for U.S.-based customers. The role requires 25%-50% travel and is remote for continental United States residents.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycles. Ideal candidates have a PMP or CAPM certification with PMBOK experience, and a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years PM experience).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience, or 5+ years PM experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Demonstrates understanding of PMBOK nine areas and two areas of expertise.
• Oversees development of complete project plan and lifecycle.
• Establishes, tracks, and audits project budgets and variances.
• Represents the organization on projects and communicates with customer stakeholders.
• Ensures successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
