Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Project Manager for the High-Performance Building Division’s Operations team. This full-time role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting if located near an office.

You will lead business development, data analytics, and the design, development, and execution of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations, managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with DoD PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of a portfolio of projects, including project profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, controlling available resources, project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
• Attend, lead, and contribute to project meetings with project teams, capturing minutes, and tracking actions.
• Ensure superior collaboration and communication within a multi-discipline environment between clients, employees, and leadership.
• Follow internal governance requirements.
• Prepare project tools, including work breakdown structures, risk registers, requests for information, issues registers, and decision logs.
• Support the preparation of governance documents, including Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
• Support project change control management.
