Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Project Manager in the High-Performance Building Division to lead multi-million-dollar DoD construction and facility programs. This role supports business development, data analytics, and design/execution across Air Force, Army, and Navy installations.

Remote or hybrid work is possible; candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a government security clearance. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' PM experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with experience as a DoD PM.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Must be a U.S Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio of projects with profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and budget management.
• Lead project meetings, capture minutes, track actions.
• Ensure strong collaboration across multi-discipline teams including clients and leadership.
• Prepare governance and project management documents (PMP, Plans, risk registers).
• Support change control management and governance processes.
