Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading federal government programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting analytical, technical, or mission-support programs.
• Experience working with government stakeholders (CORs, PO, leadership) and delivering on schedules and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract management and strategic oversight for the assigned task order.
• Serve as the primary interface with CORs, PO, and other government stakeholders.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of all contract tasks.
• Manage program schedules, milestones, risks, issues, communications, and deliverables.
• Develop program status reports, briefings, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect cost, schedule, staffing, and performance.
