Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, Federal to lead strategic programs for federal government customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure governance and operational discipline in a highly regulated environment.

Remote role with competitive compensation. Requirements include 8–10 years of federal program management, PMP, Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible), US citizenship, and Salesforce experience. You’ll develop SOWs and drive senior-level communications.

Qualifications

8–10 years of program management experience in complex federal government environments.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.
Proficiency in software delivery methodologies and portfolio management across multiple deployment types.
Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Direct the planning and execution of strategic programs for federal government customers.
Monitor program progress and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Align personnel across customer engagements and internal projects.
Design standardized implementation playbooks to improve efficiency.
Serve as the main point of contact for technical stakeholders in government environments.
Develop Statements of Work and procurement documents for strategic opportunities.
Establish metrics and reports to track customer success and program health.
