Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Program Officer to provide executive leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management for a federal government program in Washington, DC. Formación

• 8+ years direct Program Manager experience including risk, innovation and quality systems.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience managing complex federal programs, multi-disciplinary teams and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior Government officials and contracting personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight of program operations, contract performance, staffing, and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contractor representative to the Government CO, COR, and senior agency leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligning program activities with agency priorities.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and manage workforce requirements.
• Establish risk management strategies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee quality management systems, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor program schedules, staffing, and contractual obligations for successful execution.
• Prepare executive briefings and status reports for Government leadership.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and Government officials.
