Remote role with competitive compensation. Requirements include 8–10 years of federal program management, PMP, Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible), US citizenship, and Salesforce experience. You’ll develop SOWs and drive senior-level communications.

Qualifications

8–10 years of program management experience in complex federal government environments.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.
Proficiency in software delivery methodologies and portfolio management across multiple deployment types.
Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Federal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead strategic program execution in support of federal government customers, with a focus on coordinating complex delivery efforts across internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires strong program governance, risk management, and operational discipline to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward. The ideal candidate will also help standardize implementation practices, strengthen reporting, and support senior-level communications in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
