Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a new part-time opportunity with a federal client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in federal accounting or federal financial audit and will oversee all aspects of the program, working with the client, the Program Partner, and subject matter experts.

The role is 100% remote and part-time, averaging 20–25 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning project management, policy development, and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of federal accounting or federal financial statement audit experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management documents including Project Management Plan, Schedule, and status reports.
• Oversee staff and SMEs supporting the program and manage contract work.
• Develop documentation templates and protocols.
• Lead executive level meetings.
• Perform accounting research and develop presentations for client management.
• Design financial management dashboards and visualization materials.
• Support business development activities as assigned.
