Job summary

Mythics, a leading federal systems integrator, seeks a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Payroll Modernization program for the USDA National Finance Center. You will oversee governance, risk, and performance across Mythics and partners, ensuring contractual commitments are met without hands-on technical work.

You will engage with executive stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, and drive delivery visibility and governance to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• US Citizenship with ability to pass a federal background investigation
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale Federal IT, enterprise transformation, or modernization programs.
• 10+ years managing system integrator, subcontractor, or complex partner delivery on federal programs over $50M.
• Experience as Prime Contractor Program Manager, Director or Senior PM.
• Experience leading 70+ cross-functional professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Mythics’ prime contractor responsibilities.
• Establish disciplined governance across Mythics, Deloitte, Oracle, USDA, and other stakeholders.
• Own program dashboards, KPIs, RAID reporting, and executive status reporting.
• Manage prime/subcontractor relationships and performance.
• Ensure subcontractors execute within prime contract boundaries and coordinate with finance and contracts.
• Provide leadership with timely visibility into delivery risks and financial exposure.
