Job summary

Mythics is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Federal Payroll Modernization program for the USDA National Finance Center. You will provide executive-level program leadership, governance, subcontractor oversight, risk management, and delivery transparency as the prime contractor representative.

The role requires extensive federal project experience, strong contract governance, and the ability to collaborate with partners such as Deloitte and Oracle to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years of federal IT program leadership experience.
• Experience managing prime contractors and subcontractors on federal programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US federal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Mythics' prime contractor responsibilities.
• Protect Mythics from becoming a pass-through while subcontractors control delivery.
• Ensure program execution aligns with contract scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Establish governance across Mythics, Deloitte, Oracle, USDA, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership with visibility into delivery risks, financial exposure, and issues.
