Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Deputy Director, Federal Market Solutions to lead and optimize federal programs in healthcare. The role focuses on managing partnerships with government customers and vendors, driving revenue through RHSP and GAMN contracts, and guiding proposals for new awards.

The position requires 8+ years in Federal Program Management, with DoD/VA health care exposure, and the ability to navigate complex contracts and performance milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare for HS route.
• Experience briefing executive level personnel and managing large programs.
• Background in DoD/VA health care environments preferred.
• Understanding of firm fixed price contracts and milestone-based payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal partner relationships and programs with Government customers and vendors.
• Oversee HIS Oracle relationship and related contracts (FMS, RevCycle, GAMN).
• Lead P&L for RHSP and drive revenue opportunities and risk management.
• Develop proposals to win Government awards and ensure milestone-based payments.
• Implement project controls for financial, schedule, deliverables, staffing, and QA.
