ELYON International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large federal healthcare program in the Washington, DC area. The role will provide leadership, direction, and oversight for project operations, ensuring contract requirements, performance objectives, and stakeholder expectations are met.

You will serve as the primary contact for government stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, staffing, risk, and deliverables across a multidisciplinary team, coordinating across technical,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• VA systems, processes, and organizational structure experience.
• Healthcare/IT modernization or VA transformation programs experience.
• 7–10 years PM experience, including federal programs.
• 3+ years VA programs or contracts management.
• Experience leading teams in federal contracting.
• Strong PM methodologies, risk, and performance management knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Lead day-to-day project operations and ensure contract performance.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
