Job summary

Econometrica, Inc. in Bethesda, MD seeks a Senior Staff Associate/Project Manager to join the Health Group. You will lead and contribute to complex federal projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help advance client engagements through strong program management and business development.

This role requires extensive experience with federal contracting, RFP/RFI responses, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in business administration, public policy, public health, social sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex Federal consulting projects (HHS agencies preferred).
• 5 years of experience responding to RFIs/RFPs for Federal clients; PMP required.
• CFE, and/or AHFI certifications required.
• Medicare/Medicaid program experience at the Federal or State level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or perform complex work on projects of varying size, under Leadership.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and tasks with effective time management and delegation.
• Direct and supervise staff, as required.
• Contribute to business development through client research and proposal responses.
• Translate technical information into clear, compelling content that demonstrates advantages of our team.
• Collaborate with multiple team members effectively in a fast-paced environment.
