Job summary
eSimplicity Inc. is seeking a Health Capture Director to lead strategic capture and proposal strategy across the federal health sector.
The role requires identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities while strengthening customer and partner relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong federal health market knowledge, capture leadership experience, and the ability to align eSimplicity's software development, digital services, cloud, data, and technology
Qualifications
- Experience leading federal health capture and business development initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop win themes, discriminators, and value propositions.
- Experience with government contracts and acquisition processes.
- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead capture from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
- Partner with BD, CIO/CTO, and executives to identify opportunities with CMS focus.
- Conduct targeted market research and competitive assessments.
- Develop strategic partnerships and teaming agreements.
- Translate capture strategies into compliant, compelling submissions.
- Lead bid/no-bid decisions and communicate status to leadership.
