Job summary

Graduate School USA is building self-paced online courses in federal grants management and seeks an experienced grants professional to record course videos. You will review scripts, record short on-camera videos using your own equipment, and approve the first video before continuing.

This independent-contractor engagement offers a flexible schedule and payment by hour ($35–$65). Requirements: 8+ years in federal grants management, knowledge of 2 CFR 200, clear on-camera presentation, and own

Qualifications

8+ years in federal grants management; 10+ preferred.
Knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and the grant lifecycle, cost principles, indirect cost rates, and subrecipient monitoring.
Comfortable presenting on camera (required).
Own recording equipment and a quiet, professional setup.
Certification such as CGMS, CGFM, CFE, or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review finished scripts and course materials for accuracy before recording.
Record short instructional videos (about 4 minutes or less) delivering scripts on camera using own equipment.
Record the first video for approval before recording the rest of the course.
Make revisions and re-records at no extra cost until each video is accepted.
Work one course at a time on a flexible schedule agreed to together.
