Job summary

Graduate School USA (GSUSA) is seeking an experienced Federal HR/Benefits professional to record self-paced courses. You will review scripts, then record concise videos on camera using your own equipment, ensuring accuracy and style consistency.

You will film an initial approval video and then re-record as needed until the course is accepted. Flexible scheduling and 1099 engagement are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in federal human resources or employee benefits administration.
• Familiar with CSRS/FERS, FEHB/FEGLI, TSP and Social Security coordination.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and delivering content credibly.
• Own recording equipment and a quiet, professional setup.

Responsibilities

• Review scripts and materials for accuracy before recording.
• Record short instructional videos (≈4 minutes each) on camera using your setup.
• Record the first video for approval before continuing production.
• Make revisions and re-records at no extra cost until accepted.
• Work one course at a time on a flexible schedule agreed with us.
