Job summary

Graduate School USA is seeking experienced federal grants practitioners to join our team as instructors for the Grants Management curriculum. In this role you will deliver live virtual courses and occasional in-person sessions, drawing on deep practical knowledge of the federal grants lifecycle to enhance student understanding and performance.

Our instructors bring current experience with Uniform Guidance, cost principles, and grant administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands-on federal grants experience in pre‑award, award/negotiation, cost principles or monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience leading, briefing, advising, or mentoring professionals in a government or contract setting.
• Direct experience applying 2 CFR 200 and OMB guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction on federal grants management topics to adult learners in live virtual and occasional in‑person formats.
• Support instruction with provided materials and update content based on regulatory changes.
• Connect course content to learners' real‑world agency challenges and performance expectations.
• Respond promptly to student questions during and outside class sessions.
