Job summary

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting a large Federal Government client. Apply expertise in software development, cybersecurity, cloud security, and automation to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.

The DevSecOps Engineer will work closely with developers, security engineers, architects, and operations teams to embed security controls into development workflows and help our government client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of DevSecOps experience with at least 5 years in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security at a large Government agency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate and automate security tools, controls, and testing within DevOps pipelines.
• Support containerized and cloud-native environments using secure development and deployment practices.
• Perform and support security assessments, vulnerability management, remediation, and incident response activities.
• Support source code repositories, Git, version control, and automated build and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers, security engineers, cloud architects, and operations teams to resolve security risks.
• Develop and maintain documentation for DevSecOps processes, pipeline configurations, and security integrations.
