Job summary

PingWind seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a complex cybersecurity and enterprise security engineering program for a large Federal Government client. You will oversee contract performance, personnel, schedule, deliverables, and risks while interfacing with Government stakeholders and project teams.

The role requires 10+ years in information security with 5+ years in cyber and cloud security in government settings, plus the ability to obtain VA clearance. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Information Security experience, with at least 5 years in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security in a large Government agency.
• VA background investigation/suitability and system access must be obtainable and maintainable.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cybersecurity, cloud, or IT programs within Federal Government environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams, deliverables, schedules, risks, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of personnel, schedule, resources, risks, deliverables, and technical execution.
• Coordinate activities among PingWind, Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee IT and cloud security architecture, engineering, development, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and performance reporting.
• Monitor deliverables for schedule, quality, and contract compliance.
• Identify, manage, and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
