Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of federal contracting or procurement experience.
• Experience with cost/price analysis, solicitation prep, and contract management.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review solicitation and contract documentation (SOW, IGCE, evaluation criteria).
• Conduct market research to support acquisition strategy and competition determinations.
• Perform cost/price analysis and prepare negotiation memoranda and award recommendations.
• Support Contract Review Board (CRB) processes and maintain contract file integrity.
• Assist with post-award administration, contract modifications, and close-out actions.
• Mentor junior specialists and ensure timely, compliant acquisition execution.
