Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Specialist / Contracts Specialist to provide acquisition support for a government client. This is a fully remote role contingent on contract award. The ideal candidate will guide requirements, develop acquisition strategies, and prepare solicitations and modifications throughout the contract lifecycle.

Candidates should have U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and 8+ years of federal contracting experience,

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8+ years of federal contracting experience, preferably DoD.
• DAWIA or FAC-C II certification.
• Experience with ICE for contract management and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Government client in strategic requirements review and acquisition strategy development.
• Prepare solicitations, acquisition plans, and source selection documents.
• Review requirements documents and recommend adequacy and sufficiency.
• Develop technical and performance documents (PWS, evaluation factors, etc.).
• Prepare contract modifications including orders, BPAs, and IDs.
• Respond to FOIA requests and protest actions; advise on full life-cycle acquisitions.
