Job summary

Select Source Solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a fully remote role supporting a portfolio of DoD and commercial contracts. You will oversee the full lifecycle from solicitation through closeout, coordinating with program leadership, security, and finance to ensure compliant, risk-balanced agreements.

The ideal candidate combines 5–8 years of federal contracting experience with strong negotiation skills and knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and related cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of contracts-management experience, including meaningful experience with U.S. federal government contracts.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting requirements.
• Experience managing both prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Ability to independently manage contractual issues while collaborating with program, finance, security, business-development, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal and commercial prime contracts and subcontracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, contract terms, and other solicitation documents and support proposal compliance.
• Interpret contractual requirements and advise internal teams on obligations, risks, and recommended actions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, modifications, NDAs, teaming agreements, and related documents.
• Serve as a primary contractual point of contact for customers, subcontractors, program teams, and other stakeholders.
