Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Procurement Manager to support a federal government client. You will develop and execute procurement workflows for software, hardware, and cloud services, while negotiating vendor agreements and tracking performance against budgets.

You will coordinate license requirements and chargeback structures across multiple Work Orders to ensure cost attribution and compliance. The role requires strong DFARS/FAR knowledge and experience with government contracts, with a focus

Qualifications

• Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including vendor negotiations and acquisition strategy.
• Ensure compliance with DoD procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with DFARS and FAR processes for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement workflows for software, hardware, and cloud services.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, oversee contract execution, and track procurement performance.
• Coordinate with Work Orders to validate license requirements and implement chargebacks.
