Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts from proposal support to closeout, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Oversee GSA Schedule maintenance, reporting, and internal controls for risk management.
• Draft, review, and execute NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
• Provide training on federal contracting compliance and SOP adherence.
• Interact with government contracting officers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate contract execution.
