Qualifications

• Three years of experience in contract administration, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full contract lifecycle from intake to renewal or expiration.
• Administer and optimize contract management systems and records.
• Review contracts for key terms, compliance, risks, and approvals.
• Coordinate vendor negotiations, RFP/RFI processes, and communications.
• Monitor obligations, pricing, renewals, and compliance; provide timely updates.
