Job summary

The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, develop integrated plans, and mentor program engineers. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 12+ years of experience in Program Management are required. This position will initially be remote with a transition to in-person work once the Florida office is operational.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in Program Management or Subcontract Management.
• Experience in the aerospace industry as a system or design engineer.
• Relevant CAM, risk management, EVMS expertise.
