Job summary

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Contract Closeout Lead to drive closeout operations for a federal civilian agency backlog. You will set procedures, balance workload, and resolve challenging cost-reimbursement and IDIQ closeouts, coordinating with Contracting Officers to ensure timely completion.

As the technical lead, you will train staff on FAR-based processes, review packets before QA and CO submission, and support a virtual team across locations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience, including federal contracting and closeout experience.
• Expert knowledge of FAR Parts 4, 16, 42, and 52 and related agency procedures.
• Ability to train others and lead a team through complex closeouts.

Responsibilities

• Develops closeout methodology and checklists by contract type.
• Triage backlog and assign workload by contract type and complexity.
• Resolve complex closeouts including CPFF and IDIQ with open issues.
• Review draft closeout modifications, statements, and filings for accuracy.
